45% Viognier,  45% Marsanne, 10% Rousane
Treana Blanc is hailed from select vineyard sited along California’s Central Coast and has vibrant flavors of tropical and stone fruits with nuances of flowers and honey. Pair with crab cakes, lobster & mac & cheese and baked scallops.

 

Big Fire 2013 Oregon Pinot Noir

Dusty medium dark garnet color. Bright, earthy, fruity aromas and flavors of dried cherries, olives, and smoked nuts. A soft, lively, dryish medium-to-full body and a tingling, intricate, medium-length borscht nuances of citrus, and nutskin that finish with fine, chewy tannins and light oak. A solid Pinot. Pair with cedar plank salmon, wild mushroom ragu and seared duck breasts.

 

Bucci Verdicchio Classico dei Castelli di Jesi DOC 2014

One of Italy’s top ten best white wines! Knockout nose combines peach, almond oil, white flowers and a light herbal nuance. Lush, tactile and deep yet fresh. Flavors of yellow apple, candied lemon peel, ginger and minty herbs. Finishes with an almost tannic impression and a touch of spicy apple butter and almond paste. Rating: 92 points
