Try one of these fun Summer Cocktails!
Pink Lemonade Margarita
A delicious recipe for a Pink Lemonade Margarita made with tequila
1 (12 ounce) can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
3 (12 ounce) cans of cold water – (just use the empty pink lemonade can)
1 (12 ounce) can of tequila
1/2 (12 ounce) can of Grand Marnie
Ice cubes – or crushed ice
Salt to rim the glasses
1 lime, wedged
Pour the (thawed) frozen lemonade concentrate into a pitcher, and fill the can with cold water. Pour into the pitcher and repeat twice for a total of 3 cans of water. Fill the can with tequila, and pour that into the pitcher. Fill about half of the can with Grand Marnier, and pour it into the pitcher. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. Or blend mixture with ice to make a frozen version. Serve over ice in salt-rimmed glasses with a lime wedge!
1 1/2 oz White rum
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Orange Curacao
1/2 oz Ogreat Syrup
3/4 oz Dark Rum
Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together and strain over ice. Strain into glass and float the dark rum onto the top. Garnish and serve with straw.
Indian Summer Cocktail
- 2 ounces good bourbon
- 1/4 ounce limoncello
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam heaping
- 8-12 fresh sage leaves
- Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and fill the shaker with ice. Cover and shake vigorously 12-15 times.
- Fill a small tumbler with ice and double-strain into the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a fresh sage leaf.

Bomb Pop Cocktail
splash of grenadine
2 shots of bacardi razz rum
2 shots of blue curaçao liqueur
2 shots of lemonade
Fill glass with ice.
Put splash of grenadine over ice.
Pour Bacardi Razz, slowly over ice.
Then lemonade, then Blue Curaçao over ice.
